RPG game where you find a job

This past week and most likely week to come I will be searching for a job, I have come into a few interviews and quite a few disappointments this week. There just does not seem to be a job fitted for me right now, before this pandemic it was easy to hop from one job to the next and I have done that for many years. It seems to me that this is coming back to bite me though, because I am having a hard time finding employment at the moment and I think its due to my lack of a constant job. I have a variety of skillsets and excel in many ways, but what I am lacking is commitment to one single job. This is preventing me from finding a employer who will hire me because right now everyone is looking for people who can prove they will stick to a company. Although this is a dilemma I will not let this stop me from continuing to search for employment. I have also signed up for unemployment to help hold me off until I can find a job.

On another note I have almost completed my 2d space shooter, getting almost 75% through the phase 2 course work. I have also started my own 2D rpg game with the help of one friend not from the program. I am currently learning how to build 2D backgrounds and creating 8 point movement for my sprite and its walking animations. From here on out I want to start making video documentation of my experiences and learn how to make and upload GIF’s to my daily articles, and LinkedIn account. I am still holding on to some hope that we can continue this course work so I can pursue this passion of mine, and actually start to show what skills I am developing as a software engineer by showing my work though codes and actual releases and prototypes in my portfolio.
